摘要:
利用紫外、红外吸收光谱建立了大蒜油有效成分的定量和定性分析方法,为大蒜油工业生产过程提供了一种迅速简便的分析测试手段.
Abstract:
A quantitative and qualitative method to determine the composition of the garlic oil was established by means of UV and FTIR, which proved to be a good analyticla method in the garlic oil industry.
