本文用常压合成方法制备了中央嵌段为 39 个环氧乙烷单位的环氧丙烷 - 环氧乙烷 - 环氧丙烷三嵌段聚 PxE39Px 系列;用凝胶渗透色谱法( HPGPC) 与质子核磁共振法( HNMR) 表征系列的嵌段组成;用小角 x 射线衍射( SAXD) 低频拉曼光谱、差示扫描量热法 (DSC ) 研究了系列的固态结构形态。研究表明:固态的 PxE39Px聚醚系列由单层晶片堆集而成,非折迭的分子链在片中的取向一般是倾斜于片的端面。
Abstract:
A Series of block copolyether with the structure of propylene oxide-ethylene oxide-propylene oxide in which the middle block has 39 repeated ethylene oxide units were made by a polymerization at ordinary pressure. The block compositions of the series have been characterized by gel permeation chromato-graphy ( GPC ) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(HNMR ). The solid structure state of the series has been studied by using small angle X-ray diffraction ( SAXD ) , low frequency Raman spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) . The results show that the series of copolyether of PxE39Px in solid state is made up by stacking single crystal layer pieces. The orientation of the non-folded molecular chains in the layer tilts towards the end surface of the layer.
