摘要:
本文使用一种小包装气调法和自制的一系列复合气调剂,对荔枝保鲜作试验研究。文中给出了试验材料、试验方法及试验结果,并对试验结果作了分析。试验结果表明,本试验所用的小包装气调保鲜法可以有效地保鲜荔枝。
Abstract:
By using several chemicals as an air-regulating agent, a new method for fresh-reserving of litchi in small packing bags is studied in the present paper. A suitable air-composition can be achieved by the air-regulating agent in a PE bag with a certain film thickness. The results show that at room temperature a (32°C) litchi can be kept fresh for 8 days and at freezing conditions (1-4°C) for 48 days.
