真空设备中,流导的计算方法随气体在管道中流动的模式不同而不同.气体流动的模式通常用克努曾数,λ/d,判定。真空管道的流导计算是否准确,选用是否合理将直接影响真空设备的抽气性能以及真空测量的准确性。本文讨论了真空粘滞态条件下管道的流导计算式及其适用条件.
Abstract:
There are different methods to calculate the conductance of tubes in vacuum technology, according to the gaseous flow modes determined by Knudsen number, λ/d. Failure in operation and wrong measurement may, occur if the tubes of incorrect conductance are adopted in a vacuum system. In this paper, some important limitations of tradition calculating methods in vacuum viscous mode are discussed in detail.
