摘要:
本文通过大量实验研究了猪肝、洋白菜、桃叶等样品微量铬的测定方法。实验表明,对这类痕迹量铬的样品,应采用混酸(HN03-HCl04)浸泡,消解完全;然后在硫酸介质中为氧化剂,使铬被氧化到Cr(Ⅵ)3,调解pH至5~6, 趁热分离干扰物质,严格控制显色条件;最后以改进的DPC分光分度法测其总铬含量.由于这些样品铬测定报道尚少,故通过多种方法和对比方法之比较,提出了测定这类样品痕迹量格的最佳条件和方法。此法准确度和精密度是令人满意的.
Abstract:

The research method for the trace element of chromium in pork liver,

beef Liver cabbage and peach leaf has been studied in a series of experiments,  of  which  the  main  analysis  process  is as  follows:the sample is first immersed in mixed-acids(HN03-HCl04)  until it is dissolved  completely; then chromium is oxidized to Cr(VI)by KMn04 in H2SO4medium;adjust the  PH-value  to  5-6,  and then,  when  the  solution is still  hot, filter it to separate the interfering substance. The total chromium content is  measured  by  improved  DPC  spectrophotometry. After  being  compared with  other  existing  methods the accuracy  and precision of this method turns out rather satisfactory. The opt.mun conditions for related experiment are  also specified.
