本文讨论了用于加热治疗肿瘤的相控同心圆环平面阵的聚焦声场。借助于电子计算机,详细分析了该相控阵各结构参数及工作状态对声场的影响,找出了宜于加热治疗用的换能器的结构参数和工作状态。计算结果表明,该相控圆环阵的聚焦深度可在2厘米至8厘米间调节,且可对该范围内直径小于5厘米的肿瘤作局部加热。从温度场的均匀性考虑,对中小尺寸的深部肿瘤可望得到更好的热疗效果。
Abstract:
This paper investigates the acoustic field of a phased annular array for tumor hyperthermia, and with the help of computers , gives a detail analysis of the influence of the structural parameters and the state of performance of the phased annular array on the acoustic field. This analysis leads to the appropriate structural parameters and the performance state of the transducer. Results of calculation have demonstrated that the said phased annular array has a focusing depth that may be regulated in the range of 2-8 cm, and in this range it is possible for tumors of less than 5cm in diameter to receive local heating. Taking into consideration the uniformity of temperature field, it is expected that better hypethermia treatment can be obtained for deep-lying tumors of medium or small sizes.
