本文讨论一类特殊的资源分配问题,其中,顾客的需求量具有上下界的约束,尽管该问题可以叙述为线性规划问题,但我们并不用单纯形法来求解,而是提出了 另一种解法.事实证明,这种解法比单纯形法要简单得多。
Abstract:
This paper discusses a special kind of resource-allocation problem, i.e., to allocate a limited amount of rare resource to customers with lower and upper bounds of demand so as to maximize the total return. Although the problem can be formulated as one of linear programming,this paper develops an elementary approach instead of the simplex method, and the former turns out to be much simpler than the latter.
