在2—8.4GHz宽带倍频器的研制中,作者利用YIG输出滤波器的宽带特性, 通过改变其激励电流(或电压),使通带特性随输出频率而变化.该滤波器除选取二次倍频信号外,还对输入信号进行选取,使输出信号频率范围更宽.实验结果表明,虽然输入信号的功率损失约达6dB,但相对减少了整个频段输出功率的起伏.
Abstract:
This paper describes the design and construction of a YIG pass-band filter which is used for a 2-8.4 GHz wide band frequency multiplier. The pass-band performance of the filter varies with frequency of output signal by changing the exciting current/voltage and employing the wide-band characteristic of the filter. In addition to selecting the frequency-doubling signal, the filter picks up the input signal to broaden its frequency band. Measurements show that the fluctuation of output power over the whole band is moderated even though the power loss of iuput signal reaches 6 dB.
