失效树分析法是分析一个系统的整体可靠性的最有效方法,也是目前可靠性技术发展中最活跃的分支之一,目前国内外对多态变量失效树的研究还很不够,只有少数文章谈及。本文对多态变量的基本概念、基本性质加以探讨,给出定义及基本关系式。使多态变量完全符合布尔代数的定义。并据此系统地推导出多态变量布尔函数的运算规则。
Abstract:
The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is the most effective method of analyzing the reliability of a whole system, and one of the most active branches in the present development of reliability technique. Up to now the study in multi-state variables fault tree has been insufficient both at home and abroad. There are only a few articles referring to this subject. This essay probes into the fundamental concept and character of multistate varaoles, gives them a clear definition and fundamental formulae, thus making multistate variables accord with the definition of the Boolean Algebra, and derive from this the calculating laws of mufti-state variable Boolean function.
