本文评述了传统的预裂爆破技术,并在断裂力学的基本原理基础上,提出了一种槽孔预裂爆破的新方法。从理论上导得了确定装药参数的公式。孔间距和孔径比 (E/D) 可以达到 50 ,而在传统的预裂爆破技术中, E/D 仅为 8 15 。本文还就此项新技术应用于预裂爆破工程的某些可能的途径,提出了一些建议。
Abstract:
In this paper, after a review of the traditional technique of pre-split blasting, a new method, holes with grooves used in pre-split blasting, is presented based on the principles of fracture mechanics. After that, the formulae for determining charge parameter are deduced. Through application of this new method, the ratio of E (the space between holes ) to D (the diameter of a hole) could reach 50(that is,E/D = 50) 9 whereas the E/D ratio in traditonal pre-split blasting is only from 8 to 15. The paper also suggests some possible ways for the application of the new technique to pre-split blasting engineering.
