摘要:
        数字控制铣床通常用于加工各种曲面零件, 在加工象汽车轮胎模具那样的零件时, 机床刀具主轴会产生一种偏侈运动, 作者提出了一种用微机控制补偿这种偏移运动的方法。
        本文讨论了这个系统的原理和特性, 并作了定性和定量的分析, 详细论述了该系统的数学模型和程序, 对硬件系统也作了简要说明。
         实践证明, 用这样一种带有微机控制某些功能的混合数字控制系统是行之有效的.
Abstract:
    N. C. milling machines are usually used in the processing of curvilinear parts. In processing the moulds of motor-vehicle tyres, the main axle of the cutter tends to undergo certain deviating motion.This paper advances a method to compensate for such deviation by use of micro-computers. This paper discusses the principle and characteristics of the system.Qualitative and quantitative analyses are made; and the mathematical model and programme of this system are expounded. Besides, the hardware configuration is also introduced.
    Practice has proved the efficiency of such mixed system of N. C. machins and micro-computers with certain control functions.
