摘要:
研究龙须菜粗提物对锥状斯氏藻细胞生长及亚显微结构的影响.结果显示,龙须菜粗提物与锥状斯氏藻共培养时,锥状斯氏藻的生长周期以及所能达到的最大细胞密度与对照组相比有所下降(P<0.05), 且受抑制程度随龙须菜粗提物浓度的增大而增强(P<0.05); 在浓度EC50(45.58 mg/L)处理下,锥状斯氏藻细胞亚显微结构呈现不同程度的损伤:叶绿体膨胀、破裂,类囊体排列混乱,线粒体双层膜结构破坏,嵴突变粗、膨胀,部分线粒体分解.研究表明,龙须菜粗提物能破坏锥状斯氏藻细胞叶绿体、线粒体等细胞器,抑制细胞光合作用的正常进行,使细胞的增值受到一定影响,进而可阻止锥状斯氏藻生长,这为龙须菜具有抑制赤潮藻生长的生物化感作用提供了实验依据.
Abstract:
To study the impact of Gracilaria lemaneiformis extracts on the growth of Scrippsiella trochoidea, the density of algae was analyzed by counting cell numbers under optical microscope.And the submicroscopic structures of S.trochoidea were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).Results show that both growth period and maximum cell density of S.trochoidea are decreased when treated with the extracts of G.lemaneiformis. The degree of the decrease is positively related to the initial concentration of G.lemaneiformis extracts (P<0.05). When the concentration of the G.lemaneiformis extracts was 45.58 mg/L,the cells of S.trochoidea decomposed gradually.Their chloroplasts expanded and rived,thylakoids became disordered.The membrane of mitochondria destroyed,cristae became expansive and thick,and part of mitochondria was decomposed.Thus the G.lemaneiformis extracts could damage the chloroplasts,and mitochondria,of S.trochoidea and inhibited its photosynthesis,and growth.Results provide some experimental basis for controlling the growth of red-tide algae by allelopathy of G.lemaneiformis.
