摘要:
分析自动拣选系统的拣货区数量、缓冲区容量和品项分配与并行分区拣选策略下系统效率的关系,研究各拣货区挡板动作时序对订单拣选总时间的影响,提出一个对并行分区拣选策略的综合优化方法.该方法以总拣选时间最小为目标,确定最佳拣货区数量和缓冲区容量,引入并改进相似系数,建立基于相似系数的品项分配聚类模型,提出一种启发式聚类算法.经对某自动分拣系统进行实例仿真分析,结果表明,该综合优化方法有效.
Abstract:
A comprehensive optimization method for simultaneous zone picking strategy was proposed.The paper provides an analysis of the relationship between the picking efficiency and the three major elements of an automated picking system:the number of zones,the capacity of buffers and the assignment of items.It studies the impact of the baffle sequential at each zone on the total picking time.The proposed method introduces a similarity coefficient,based on which a clustering model for item assignment is built and a heuristic clustering algorithm is developed to solve the model.The goal is to minimize the total picking time and to determine the optimal number of zones and buffer capacity.Simulations have been conducted for a real automated picking system.The results demonstrate the efficiency of the comprehensive optimization method.
