个人简介(500字)

倪嘉缵,1932年5月出生,中共党员,博士生导师。1952年毕业于上海大同大学化学系,1961年于前苏联科学院无机及普通化学研究所,获副博士学位,1980年被增选为中国科学院化学学部学部委员(院士),曾任中国科学院长春应用化学研究所副所长、所长等职务,1994年起任深圳大学兼职教授,2002年被聘为生命科学学院院长,现任深圳大学生命与海洋科学学院名誉院长。

早期曾从事核燃料化学,以后转为研究稀土元素及硒的化学生物学研究,目前研究团队主要研究方向为化学生物学,其研究内容为Alzheimer症(俗称老年痴呆症)的发生机理,用多种组学方法(如蛋白质组学、代谢组学、转录组学,等)研究早期患者血液,尿液中的生物标志物,及用不同含硒化合物,中药,海洋寡糖等研制防治Alzheimer的药物;另一研究方向为硒蛋白的分离、提取,用生物信息学研究不同物种中硒蛋白的预测,研究不同硒蛋白的克隆,表达及结构与功能,目前承担国家自然科学基金面上项目,深圳市重点攻关项目等,曾先后指导博士后、博士及硕士研究生共60多名,在国内外学术刊物上发表论文200多篇,编写《稀土生物无机化学》等专著3本。
