为评价轨道交通车站服务水平,研究阐述城市轨道交通服务水平的含义,定义轨道交通车站服务水平.结合轨道交通车站属性,基于乘客出行需求,选取具有代表性和可操作性的评价指标,确定便捷性、舒适性、经济性及安全性4个1级指标,换乘方便性、服务态度、票价及人身财产安全保障性等10个2级指标,建立轨道交通车站服务水平评价体系.采用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,运用雷达图法建立轨道交通车站服务水平评价模型.按照评价模型计算值划分分布区间,确定轨道交通车站服务水平等级,通过轨道交通车站服务水平主观评价,选取覆盖车站服务水平4个等级的15个轨道交通车站,在SPSS软件中用Pearson相关系数和Spearman相关系数对模型计算值和主观打分均值进行线性回归分析,其结果分别为0.948和0.918.研究表明,该模型计算车站服务水平等级与主观评价服务水平等级分布具有良好的一致性,能有效评价城市轨道交通车站的服务水平,为轨道交通运营方改善和评价车站运营服务水平提供一种新思路.

In order to evaluate the service level of rail transit stations, this paper expounds the meaning of the urban rail transit service level and defines the service level of the rail transit station. Combined with the properties of the rail transit station and based on the passengers' travel demands, four first-level indexes, namely, convenience, comfort, economy, and safety and 10 second-level indicators including transfer convenience, service attitude, fare and personal property security et al. are used to establish the service level evaluation index system of rail transit stations. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process, and the service level evaluation of rail transit stations is established by radar chart.According to the evaluation model, the calculated value is divided into distribution intervals to determine the level of service level of rail transit stations. Subjective evaluation of the service level of rail transit stations is carried out through questionnaire survey, a total of 15 rail transit stations covering 4 levels of service level of the railway station are selected.The linear regression analysis of the integrated and subjective scores of the model by using Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearman correlation coefficient in SPSS software shows that the results are 0.948 and 0.918, respectively. It shows that the service level of the station calculated by the models is in good agreement with the level of the subjective evaluation service level, which can effectively evaluate the service level of the urban rail transit station and provide a new measure for the rail transit operator to manage and improve the service level of the station operation.
