与传统拥堵收费方案相比,可交易电子路票方案相对具有更好的合理性与公平性.为研究在路票交易约束下的出行人通勤路径选择特性,基于可交易电子路票的运行机理,根据出行者效用最大化原理,构建通勤出行路径选择模型.进行路网仿真实验,模拟确定了5条可供出行的不同效用选择路径,通过设计意向偏好调查问卷,采集了上海市居民驾车通勤出行路径选择的相关数据.结果发现,随着时间损耗的加剧,路票交易奖励机制所发挥的作用逐渐减小.利用Stata软件进行数据处理,分析了路票交易条件下出行者通勤出行时路径选择的影响因素.其中,相对于出行人对最短路径的选择,综合出行成本对出行者的路径选择有非常显著的影响,而随着绕路时间的增加,平日通勤时间、对路径3和路径4的选择产生显著影响; 职业因素对路径3和路径5的选择产生显著影响; 月收入对路径4和路径5的选择产生显著影响.研究结果对路票交易方案的施行有一定的指导意义.

In the comparison with the traditional congestion charging scheme, the scheme of tradable electronic tickets shows more rationality and fairness. In order to study the commuter route selection characteristics under the restriction of the tradable-credit scheme, we describe the operating mechanism of tradable electronic ticket and analyze the effect of tradable E-ticket scheme on residents' travel route choice based on the maximization principle of travelers' utilities. A commuter travel route selection model is put forward. Five alternative routes are identified under the road network simulation experiment. According to the residents' commuter travel data collected from Shanghai using stated preference(SP)survey questionnaire, we find that with the increase of time loss, the effect of the incentive mechanism of tradable electronic tickets reduces gradually. Furthermore, we process the collected data by Stata software and analyze the influencing factors of the commuter travel route choice. Among them, relative to the choice of the shortest route for the traveler, the comprehensive travel cost has a very significant influence on the route choice of the traveler. With the increase of the bypass time, the commuting time on weekdays has a significant effect on the choice of the routes 3 and 4; career factors have a significant effect on the choice of routes 3 and 5; monthly revenue has a significant impact on the choice of routes 4 and 5. The result of the study has certain guiding significance to the implementation of the tradable-credit scheme.
