以孤岛油田中一区Ng3注聚区为目标油藏,研究聚二乙烯基苯(divinylbenzene-co-acrylamide, DCA)微球-强乳化体系聚驱后提高采收率的能力.针对该油藏特点,设计非均质岩心物理模拟实验,优化DCA微球-强乳化体系的注入参数及微球粒径. 以相似准则为原理设计三维非均质模型,用电阻率法测试不同驱替阶段含油饱和度变化,设计聚驱-井网调整-深部调驱和井网调整-聚驱-深部调驱2种实验方案.结果表明,DCA微球-强乳化体系在聚驱后仍可提高采收率8.3%左右; DCA微球-强乳化体系可封堵复杂的水流通道,对于高度分散的剩余油可有效提高采收率.

Gudao Oilfield Zhongyiqu Ng3 block is selected as target reservoir for studying the ability of increasing oil recovery by divinylbenzene-co-acrylamide(DCA)microspheres and enhanced emulsification system after polymer flooding. According to the characteristics of the target reservoir, a heterogeneous core physical simulation experiment is designed for optimizing injection parameters and particles sizes. Three dimensional heterogeneous model is devised in the principal of the similarity criterion. Through measuring electrical resistivity, the residual oil distributions are characterized at different flooding stage. Two design schemes are introduced,one is the polymer flooding-well pattern adjustment-deep profile mobility control and the other is well pattern adjustment-polymer flooding-deep profile mobility control. The results show that the recovery efficiency is improved 8.3% by DCA and enhanced emulsification system after polymer flooding. DCA and enhanced emulsification system could plug complex fluid-fingering channels. Attributed to these excellent properties, DCA and enhanced emulsification system is confirmed as a reasonable enhanced oil recovery method for reservoirs with highly dispersed residual oil.
