为准确检测仪表盘的旋转位置,采用新型数字式非接触电感传感器LDC1614检测金属圆盘的旋转角度.由于LDC1614是具有集成电路总线(inter-integrated circuit, IIC)接口的4通道、28 bits的数字式传感器,采用4个自制电感线圈,均匀分布在一个圆平面上,检测移动物体的转动角度.软件编程中加入四点校正算法,可使准确度达到0.02°.传感器可与微处理器连接,完成对数据的采集处理,实现对旋转角度的准确测量.

In order to accurately detect the rotation position of the instrument panel, a new non-contact inductance sensor LDC1614 is adopted. LDC1614 is a four-channel, 28 bit digital sensor with inter-integrated circuit(IIC)interface. It tests the rotation angle of the moving object by the four self-made coils, evenly distributed on a circle plane. The measurement accuracy reaches up to 0.02° by using the four point correction algorithm in the software programming. The sensor can also be connected with the microprocessor to complete the data acquisition and processing and measure the rotation angle accurately.
