公共交通枢纽的可达性受枢纽自身可达质量与枢纽间可达成本双重约束.从区域出行需求异质性和交通设施供给角度出发,探讨公共交通枢纽可达质量,并将出行票价和拥堵程度融入对可达成本的衡量,形成一个考虑时间动态变化、能够反映区域社会经济属性和拥堵程度影响的可达性综合评价指标体系,并以此为基础构建测度模型.将模型用于对北京市公共交通枢纽不同时段可达性评价,分析其可达性时空分异特征及原因,以期提高整体公共交通枢纽可达性.

The accessibility of public transportation hub can be influenced by the quality of the hub itself and the cost of the hinge. First, we discuss the quality of hubs based on the perspective of regional travel demand heterogeneity and traffic facilities supply. Then, we add the travel fare and congestion degree into the accessibility cost to construct a comprehensive accessibility evaluation index system which can reflect the regional social and economic attributes and the degree of congestion. On the basis of this, the accessibility measurement model is constructed. Finally, the model is applied to measure the accessibility of hubs in different periods in Beijing to analyze the characteristics and causes of spatial and temporal differences of accessibility.
