针对雨水提升泵站最优服务半径的研究缺失,通过建立雨水管网系统满流状态下的数学模型,以雨水管网系统运行参数为约束条件,以雨水管段埋深构建系统状态转移方程,研究了应用动态规划方法求解雨水提升泵站最优服务半径过程,并对雨水系统初始管段展开了实例研究. 结果表明,应用动态规划方法求解雨水提升泵站最优服务半径可以实现雨水系统的全局优化. 以中国不同地区最大允许埋深为约束条件,应用所建立数学模型计算了相应的最优服务半径,可为雨水系统优化设计与规划提供参考.

By taking the stormwater pipe operation parameters as constraint conditions and using the stormwater pipe section depth to build system state transition equation, we establish the mathematical model for stormwater pipe system and study the optimal service radius of stormwater pump station. We use the dynamic programming method to solve the optimal model and carry out a case study. The results show that the application of dynamic programming method for solving the optimal service radius could achieve global optimization in stormwater system. Combined with the maximum allowable depths in different regions of China, we calculate the corresponding optimal service radius of storm water pump station which can provide a reference for improving the planning of stormwater system.
