模拟和设计短磁聚焦分幅变像管,研究变像管空间分辨特性及其影响因素.采用洛伦兹软件Lorentz 3D-EM建立变像管模型,通过分析变像管磁场和模拟电子成像,估算变像管阴极中心空间分辨率为~16.61 lp/mm(阴极电压-3.0 kV). 模拟阴极上不同离轴点、变像管不同成像倍率和不同阴极电压3种情况对变像管空间分辨率的影响. 通过设计变像管,构建实验平台,测试变像管空间分辨率,在阴极电压为-3.0 kV时,测试结果为 ~13 lp/mm.

The characteristic and influencing factors of spatial resolution of a framing converter with short magnetic focusing were studied. The model of the framing converter was built by Lorenz 3D-EM software. The calculated spatial resolution is about 16.61 lp/mm(cathode voltage at -3.0 kV)by analyzed magnetic field and simulated electron imaging. The influencing factors of spatial resolution were also simulated, which are on different off-axis points of cathode, with different imaging magnification and at different cathode voltages. The spatial resolution was measured through designing experimental system and the result is about 13 lp/mm when cathode voltage at -3.0 kV.
