采用28和68 kHz组成的双频率复合超声波对油砂进行分离.试验结果表明,双频复合超声的空化效应具有协同作用,能够强化油砂分离效果,缩短处理时间,减少洗油剂用量,降低处理温度.双频复合超声油砂分离效果明显优于双频交替、单频声波及纯洗油液处理,产油率可达95.4%.

An ultrasound-assisted oil-sands separation technology with the frequency of 28 kHz and 68 kHz was used to study the effect of oil-sands separation. The results indicate that there is a synergistic effect of ultrasonic cavitation in dual-frequency ultrasound and that the dual-frequency ultrasound can enhance the oil sands separation effect, shorten the processing time, reduce the amount of oil washing agent, and lower the treating temperature. And its final oil extraction rate reaches about 95.4%.
